Chef Alfred Portale and Wine Director Michael Dolinski have curated a 3-Course Tasting Menu with Wines from Fattoria Alois Winery.

We are excited to welcome Massimo Alois of Fattoria Alois Winery to host an exclusive wine dinner in our private dining room.

At Fattoria Alois, the focus is on reviving indigenous grape varieties such as Pallagrello Bianco, Pallagrello Nero, Falanghina, Aglianico, and Casavecchia, using modern technology and sustainable practices.

The estate's prized vineyards each produce wines with distinct characteristics, showcasing the exceptional quality and diversity of the terroir.

Valle dell'Acate winery has driven forward its ancient tradition from the 19th century. For six generations the Jaconos have handed it down and led it into the future.

Extending on seventy hectares, Valle dell'Acate vineyards are located in the enchanting rural districts of Biddini Soprano and Biddini Sottano, in Ragusa province.

They are organic certified and, under the guidance of Gaetana Jacono, they have specialized in fine native wines, the most representative of these areas.

BARICCI WINE DINNER

We are excited to welcome Federico Buffi of Baricci to host an exclusive wine dinner in our private dining room.

Nello Baricci, the founder of the estate, was born in Montalcino in 1921. During his 95 years life he passed from a poor sharecropper to one of the most coveted Brunello producers.

Baricci is located on the Eastern slope of the Montosoli hill, a very special place with a long tradition of Sangiovese cultivation dating back to the Middle- Ages.

It’s exceptional combination of soil composition and micro-climate has made Montosoli the most sought-after site in the whole of Montalcino. 

Today Baricci is the only producer to have all his vineyards (5 Ha) in the Montosoli “Grand Cru”, plus the cellar.

DIRUPI WINE DINNER

Chef Alfred Portale and Wine Director Michael Dolinski have curated a 4-Course Tasting Menu featuring 6 Wines from Dirupi Valtellina.

We are excited to welcome Davide Fasolini of Dirupi to host an exclusive wine dinner in our private dining room.

Dirupi is tucked away in the center of the rugged Alpine valley known as the Valtellina in the region of Lombardia. 

This is where the owners Pierpaolo Di Franco and Davide Fasolini grew up together playing basketball and picking grapes.

The Valtellina is all about altitude, altitude, altitude, and the Dirupi vineyards reach 650 m (2100ft) making their fruit some of the highest altitude Nebbiolo in existence. 

A total of 35,000 bottles are produced and sell out every year upon release.

BEEF

Westholme wagyu is an F1 wagyu program (50/50 cross). Westholme’s Full-Blood herd is derived from prized Japanese Black wagyu sires and their own Mitchell cows, a breed developed to thrive on the vast northern Australian rangelands. The result is a unique Australian wagyu that is further crafted by skilled and passionate people, the pristine lands where their cattle roam free, and, above all, a continual striving to do better.  

BOURBON

Complementing the culinary journey is Michter's Bourbon, a spirit crafted with unwavering dedication and embodies the timeless art of distillation. From the complexity of its flavor profiles to its exceptional smoothness, Michter's has become a benchmark for quality and excellence in the world of bourbon. Michter's has garnered numerous accolades and awards, which stand as a testament to the unwavering commitment to producing exceptional spirits that continue to captivate whiskey enthusiasts around the globe.

BAROLO

Paolo Scavino is an estate in Barolo known for its polished, elegant red wines from the Nebbiolo grape variety. The company was founded in 1921 in Castiglione Falleto. The Scavino family distinguishes itself from the beginning by their scrupulous care of the vineyards and passion for terroir. Their core beliefs is the supremacy of the viticulture above the oenology.

ARGIANO WINE DINNER

This 4-course dinner, curated by Chef Alfred Portale, will feature all of Argiano's current releases and a few surprises brought by Bernardino Sani from the cellars in Tuscany. 

Portale is excited to host a wine dinner with Bernardino Sani, CEO and Winemaker of Cantine dal Argiano. One of Montalcino's top producers with a history that dates back to the 16th century, Argiano was one of the founding members of the Brunello di Montalcino appellation in the 1660s, and continues to be a benchmark for the appellation.

Seating is extremely limited for this rare opportunity to meet one of Tuscany's preeminent winemakers.

TREDIBERRI WINE DINNER

This 3-course dinner, curated by Chef Alfred Portale, will feature all of Trediberri's current releases plus a few gems brought by Nicola from the winery just for this event.

Trediberri has been called the most dynamic emerging producer in Piedmont today and his small estate is starting to make a mark. As he says himself, "We have no ancestral coat of arms depicting rampant horses and fluttering ensigns. We have no history and that is fine by us: we like talking about the present, through our wines."
