This 3-course dinner, curated by Chef Alfred Portale, will feature all of Trediberri's current releases plus a few gems brought by Nicola from the winery just for this event.

Trediberri has been called the most dynamic emerging producer in Piedmont today and his small estate is starting to make a mark. As he says himself, "We have no ancestral coat of arms depicting rampant horses and fluttering ensigns. We have no history and that is fine by us: we like talking about the present, through our wines."  

Trediberri was founded in 2007 as a partnership of three men: Nicola Oberto; Nicola’s father Federico, and the Torinese banker, Vladimiro Rambaldi. Federico contributed prime family holdings in Torriglione and the renowned Rocche dell’Annunziata, and the three jointly purchased 5 hectars in La Morra’s historic Berri MGA. Nicola runs the estate today, and the project is named after the three partners and their common purchase: Tre-di-Berri, or Three of Berri.

They produce sensitive expressions of their organically certified vineyards, the jewel in the crown being Federico’s historic two 2.8 hectares of the mighty Rocche dell’Annunziata vineyard which sits in front of their cantina. It was tasting the wines from this vineyard that convinced Nicola to give up his successful career in finance and work the land with his father.
