INDOOR DINING

UPDATE: NYC COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY

The health and safety of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance. Thus, in accordance with the New York City mandates, Portale Restaurant requires proof of vaccination (at least one dose) against COVID-19 for all guests dining indoors (+12 years of age).

Upon arrival, you and your guests will be required to provide proof of vaccination via the city's COVID-19 Safe app, the state's Excelsior app, or a CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card.

Any guest who is unable to provide proof of vaccination will unfortunately not be permitted to dine indoors. We will make every accommodation possible to seat your party outdoors in the event that a guest is unable to provide proof of vaccination.

We appreciate your cooperation, and thank you for your continued support of Portale Restaurant.

NOTE: All guests are required to be wearing a face mask upon arrival, and we kindly ask that they are only removed once seated at the table.

Additional Measures for Indoor Dining: Updating the Restaurant's ventilation system to include MERVE 13 Air Filters, installing HEPA medical grade LED Air Purifiers in the dining room, and placing plexiglass screens between every table.

These precautions, along with the new standards of operations in place, ensure that our guests are properly protected and can enjoy an evening out knowing that their health & safety is our number one priority.
